What we need is the clapper. A way to turn on things in your house with just a clap. |

I actually like this idea. I think it's hilarious.
Thing is, let's say I have seven lamps. What would I do if I just wanted to turn on one? |

There are Clapper lamps, then regular lamps. |

Heh, but there would need to be some kind of a way to make it so that there's not a bunch of people clapping every chance they get, but not all at once and causing epileptic lights. Maybe these lamps would need to fade the lights in, and out, a little slowely instead of instantly, you know? |

Or it could just be set to where only the owner could turn them on by clapping.
Visitors could just turn them on manually. |

Whoa, this is great.
It would be nice instead of walking all over the place to turn on a lamp.
Oh, and if you have a lamp over in a place where you can't reach (maybe because there's a table in the way), then you can just clap to turn it on. _________________ *cough* |

since the clapper can be plugged into any outlet and can run on anything that plugs into it, why not have the clapper become an item?
You could buy the clapper, go back to your home, and have an option where you could apply the clapper to anything that can be turned off and on. That way, you can use the clapper for your tv, fan, light, anything that you can turn off and on. _________________

Yes... Good idea. That would obviously be for electrical items only, though. We're not going to fill a bathtub or flush a toilet with a clap >.<
And only the owner can control them. |

This would defiantly make turning lights on easier. Now, let's talk about price. _________________

*john hooks up all the clappers to all of his electrical devices*
*John claps*
*power plant shuts down because of the surge in electricity*
or
*john hooks up all the clappers to all of his electrical devices*
*john puts on sun glasses*
*John claps*
*John's friends are blinded by the light*
how about a light switch to go with the clappers? _________________
