I think a few changes need to be made to the COTD awards.
1) Banned people shouldn't be able to get the award. Seriously what use do they have for it?
2) If someone is inactive and hasn't logged in for say about two or three months they should no longer be allowed to get the award.
3)A time limit say one or two months before a person can get the award again.

The lists are completely random. It really has nothing to do with how often you log on. However, it would be a good idea to be able to limit the users who qualify, since now the only requirement is to have a certain amount of AP.

I've been around for almost 2 years (my loggin days say 310 or somethnig but I'm including days I haven't logged on) and haven't got it once!
