How about a buddy beacon? Lets say you wanted to find someone but for some reason you can't get to them. Well you can turn on a buddy beacon, and when that person moves ( or enters BTC), it alerts you to their new location ( just like the friendship request pop-up, but instead, it says "<insert name here> has enter/left the <insert location here>"). _________________

I like it!
Though it would certainly be annoying if you have friends who constantly try to enter bar 1 when they are currently situated in bar 2 _________________

the buddy beacon is an option you can turn on/off. Also you would only be able to turn on 1 or 2 at a time. _________________

The is always room for improvement Donny.
I like the idea Jon, maybe you could select only certain people on your friends list to track. And maybe you could also block people from finding you. |

Good for me, bad for you.
I like to keep my friends list small.
But most people like to keep their friends list in the 100's or 200's.
It'd be fine for me

It'd be bad for you
Ding: Donny Lebowski is online!
Ding: Tacobadger Burritos is online!
Ding: Donny Lebowski is is online!
Ding: Samara Smith is online!
Ding: Oli Carpenter is online!
Ding: Tacobadger Burritos is offline!
Ding: Donny Lebowski is offline!
etc.
etc.
See what I mean? _________________
