It depends if the Doctor stops them at Christmas (Which he will, hopefully leaving many people dead in the process). As for the Daleks it depends if they are ever brought back, as Davros and Dalek Caans deaths were never actually seen on screen.

Gone probably, but maybe there will be a small group of loyal fans campaigning for the return of warbears. Similar to the LBA (for those who have heard of it).
It really depends on Ioji. He may have a kid someday, and he may pass the warbears down in to his son/daughters hands...
