ryoh or steve it depends on range close ryoh mediem tie ryoh might be fast enough to get to steve before he can shoot or steve shoots him far range steve thats how see it

i picked lucas. He can defeat 5 enimies with one well placed grenade.
and if he is higher than his enimies, can simply throw grenades everywhere.

Lucas- cant do short range attacks other than punches.
ryoh - no ranged attack
Steve - idiot, no short ranged attack.
commander - scared to come out and fight!
reasons why none of the warbears are perfect killing machines.
