Have you had this problem?
Lets say you enter the randomness topic (like the pic above) and wanted to go to a page (say in the 150's).
Well you would need to go to page 2, then page 3, next page 4, and so on.
Why not have something like this?:
Option One:
Option Two:
Option Three:
Which would you like for the forums? _________________

Oh, I love this!
I hate having to scroll 1-2 pages at a time to find something 8 pages away. _________________ *cough* |

Yes, definately. Maybe a drop down menu comes but you can also write in the page number. I hate trying to find things in the middle of long threads. |

Did you know that there are fifteen posts by page, and you can easily calculate the exact post you need to reach a certain page, then enter that post in the url? _________________ Unlike in BTC, repeatedly leaving and entering the forums does not bring better topics. |

I don't think anyone besides yourself would prefer that idea to having a better thread navigation system. _________________ TWO T-shirts!

It can be an alternative until ioji decides to upgrade the boards. (Because I'm afraid he can't add any new function that isn't already possibly available on this version.) _________________ Unlike in BTC, repeatedly leaving and entering the forums does not bring better topics. |

It does'nt seem to HUGE of a update that he would have to change the Entire Forum i think if a Topic has less then 5 Pages it does not need this, this topic by it self would not need one, No? |

Rarely ever do I need to check a page before/after the fast jump options.
I don't think it's a huge problem. _________________

Seconded. The few times I do need to go back for whatever reason, I am unsure of the page number and just keep going back until I find what I am looking for.
That's not to say it's a bad idea, a feature like this could easily be added on to the page as a "Go to Page: xx" option. _________________
