Well, clearly he made a new account and returned.
To be fair, when you compare the two, Poison is a nice member of the community, whereas Electric was 100% n00b.
However, this is off topic, so let's get back on it.

Unless you can tell the mods when this happened (so they can check the room log), it's no use to report somebody here when you don't have his/her username. (Non-btc name)

Report them if this happens - if its obvious in BTC or someone whispers that they are someone who's been banned you can either report them or if you're shy PM a mod with their username(s)

I've found a Multi there names are
Demon Brancacane, Demon Risotto, Demon Calothycos
and they've Admitted it and shout Arggh Ive been spotted. |
