I saw, if they have similiar names, then don't think much about it (you'll be surprised at how many versions of my name there are). If they have similiar usernames, don't automatically assume that they are multis.
If you know for certain that they are multis, then tell a mod.

Actually, it's quite fun to have multiple personalities, no joke. I have three accounts that I use. I once had one when something was wrong with my mochi account; that was fun too, but back then there weren't enough people in BTC to confuse anyone. I've also made at least 2, maybe 3 other accounts that I've deleted.
