I would like an island location, that'd be sweet.

But I don't support the idea of paying to get there, nobody would visit the place.

I honestly don't mind about getting the boat, I would like to be able to walk on to another area without having to exit to the map (for example, in the park, be able to walk off, and then on to an area with swings), but still part of the park.

Essentially, yes, that is what I mean.

But Quizaboom is fine as it is, seperate rooms.

What I mean is, like the quizaboom lobby where you can access another three public locations (all within quizaboom) you should be able to do the same in the park, the beach, etc.

Isn't BTC an island? There's a volcano and volcanoes can't be active in beaches (Sometimes but they're further). But it's cool we have an island surrounding several islands.
