BTC Bulletin Board

This could maybe be a small/medium sized board,roughly the size of one of the ice cream machines,or even a minigames size.

It would be a board that people can post any kind of important message that they want to.New comic,WBN event reminder,BTC group meetings,etc.

Of course,there would have to be a way to make sure that noobs cant go up to it and fill it with spam,so of course,there would be a requirement,and perhaps a small fee to post a message.

Hm, what if only moderators could post on there, and if you wanted a message on there you need to talk to a moderator. And they can make sure it's a good message that deserves a place on the bulletin board.
But it might be a bit too much work for the moderators.

Yea,but i meant this idea as something for the whole public to be able to use,because some people dont know how to contact a mod,or maybe their BTC group needs to post something,but the mods might not approve it.

Half the time mods are doing other things when on it will just add to their work load. You would probably have to have got enough award points and stuff to do post on it like with reporting.

Spamming on the board would also be reportable, in my opinion.

That's probably a bad idea, we have room topics for that, and look at the missions messages!

Well artman,i seriously doubt that a room topic is gonna be changed for a topic or a group meeting...

And yes Takeo,certain points should be required,and perhaps if you have a much higher point count,you can have the option to delete spammy posts on it.

Also,seeing as how it would probably begin getting extremely full after every post,there should be some kind of page system.

So that when your post isnt on the front anymore,you can still go back and check it.

And maybe an option to add "Comments"

Character limit when posting and a limit to the amount of posts you can make on it. Maybe one every 15 minutes or so.
