Got a problem in BTC or anywhere in the site? Is it laggy? Is it not showing? Then try these;
1) Clear your cache. (Also known as a disk cleanup. Can be found in programs on your PC). To clear your cache:
Firefox- hit ctrl+shift+delete to open a box asking what should be deleted; then select cache and ok.
Internet Explorer- click tools and delete browsing history. Then select delete all.
Other Browser, (requires Windows)- click Start, Control Panel, Network and Internet, Internet Options, Delete.
2) Ask if anyone else is experiencing it.
3) Make sure you really cannot solve it.
4) Read some comments down below and see if they help.
5) If it is really needed, make a topic in Technical Stuff. Copy the layout:
Cheese

Problem:
My Browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera):
On a scale of one to ten on how bad it is (One bad, ten good):
What I have tried:(Clearing Cache, asking others if they experience it) |
Hope this helps you!

Nice Homer
I was sure you'd see and act upon my comment first, heh.
Although I actually meant somebody needed to include a guide of how to clean your cache _________________

On firefox just hit Ctrl+Shift +Delete and a box will pop up asking you what you want to delete. Select cache and hit ok. _________________

On Internet explorer, click tools then click delete browsing history. Then click delete files (or delete all). |

If you don't use IE/Firefox but have windows, click start, control panel, network and internet, internet options, delete. |
