I was on the map idling for a bit and then I came back to the map screen. I wasn't kicked off the map to the map yet. So I went onto my address book and was seeing who was online. In the middle of checking the address book the "Please Don't Idle" box appeared in the bottom left corner Confused

I'm not sure if you viewing your address book resets the idle time and isn't meant to be registered as playing.

If so sorry for posting this thread Mods. Uhoh

Hope you can help Kawaii

Yep just happened again. Its not much of big deal as it kicks you off the map to the map but if its A glitch it must be fixed Wink

Ok.

NOTE : It will take patience you have to be viewing the address book at the pacific time of the idle. It was just fluked with me.

This is glitch is a tricky one to test as it has to be at the right time.

I feel like I have done this before, and don't think it's a glitch. (If I'm reading your first post correctly Bishop, which I'm probably not but) When you idle in a public place or even a private (like a shop), if you stand/sit/dance/jump for a certain amount of time you idle. Well since you're on the map, it still has the idle timer, because even though you're on the map your character isn't moving is what the server is saying. So even when looking at the BTC address book, the server counts it as still just sitting there. I'm guessing.

I think what Neji is trying to say is: Does the server recognize you looking at the address book while on the map as an action?

No, basically what I'm saying is, when you're looking at your address box, the server still counts that as being still, which intern starts the idling timer.

Yeah same thing, doing an action counts as not being still and not doing an action counts as being still.

Yeah, I was on idling mode, and I could walk, make any action, but I don't think people in the 'other side' could see me..

I'll try, now.
