I think it's optional as to who you get information about.
Say you were looking for someone, it would only notify you of their presence. _________________

I like the general concept, the issues are with the options attached to it, for instance the turning it on and off, choosing who to see/can see you etc.
It's interesting, but I don't know how practical/feasible _________________

I think you should be able to block people from finding you as well. |
