I hear that it's a rip-off.
But I can't get an opinion of my own, since the demo creature creator keeps giving me an error message about ActiveX or something whenever I try to use it.
For the record, it looks pretty cool, but I've heard so much bad stuff about it, like how it's online servers crashed on the day of release, and that it's mega repetitive, that it's hard to still want. |

I've been waiting forever for it, and it won't work on my computer. |

well actually the demo contains quite alot of stuff. plus the full one has alot, alot more stuff like 2 bonus cds on creatures(discovery pretty much) and also why they thought of this. a world gude, a poster, cd, etc....
plus the demo is only 10$. not like your losing alot. _________________

In my opinion, it's a good game.
The way you can make and share things appeals to me.
I'll be posting some creations soon. _________________

This should either be renamed 'spore creatures' or moved to the official games topic as a conversation. _________________ Lulz

It's fine as it stands, we need this to show our awesome creations.
I made an onmivore so I could play through the game quickly to get an idea of what to expect. Here's my little Muliopi before they went Tribal...

Heh, thanks.
I was originally going for a really alien look, but I kinda went more "Bird of Prey" as it went on.
I'm pretty happy with it. If you like, I'll post all the images showing how it evolved during the creature stage. It's pretty cool because I tried to make the changes gradual and realistic. _________________

Easy's Spore thread was deleted. This one shouldn't be.
I may post some of my creations sometime soon. |
