Dude, anyone can create an e-mail address every time they get banned and keep joining. This is exactly how most banned smart people get back.
then they just keep people from knowing them until one day they might get kicked off again, and then they DO IT AGAIN!  |

The mods do an IP ban as well; so they can't keep on creating accounts like that.

But about the people who've been known to spoof or reset their IP? Once they get a new IP, they're in the clear! |

Funnily enough we've developed pretty good detective skills over the years. A good moderator shouldn't even need the IP to prove it's a multiple account
