In stead of mc donald could it just be something like Wb King (Warbear King) or WBFF ( Warbear Fast Food) And There Motto Could be THis Fast Food Is strong Food or Something like that?

Maybe a normal fast food joint with a different name would work better (and warbears doesn't get sued)
