Ah, you mean, as in using the auto flood kick?
I believe it already sends a report, unless I'm wrong.

I remember in the Guest House if a guest swore or spammed or broke a rule they were banned/kicked
Couldn't we do that with Citizens as well? (It would also give some less work towards the moderators)
