Once the red bar disappears does it act like it never happened and doesnt make the next one longer?

Mh...depends. If it's like your first warning, then yes, it disappears with no penalty for future warnings. However, if you have a great deal, and one disappears, we still warn/ban accordingly.

Just make sure the moderators are aware that you and your brother are playing on the same IP.
