Those vector tutorials are useless they don't tell you anything...
Or just get a vector based program instead of photoshop
EDIT: I made this, it is based off pips. It isn't as good but I like it still.

Haha, nice.
Try using a different shade of green for your "Takeoshi Totoro" bit. It helps to experiment (is that how you spell it?) _________________

Ti think I made that completely freehand when I could have saved time and made it look better by just downloading the vector brushes. |

I made this like just a 7 minutes ago. I liked it, because I wanted to make a signature with a portal affect without black and white, just with a different color to it.
So I made this,

Right click, and "open as...". _________________ Unlike in BTC, repeatedly leaving and entering the forums does not bring better topics. |

I don't have photoshop, but Adobe Fireworks is good enough, right?
Or
http://i265.photobucket.com/albums/ii237/chadsweb/GhotAndBloodSplatterOnCamera.png
It's my first, so it's not too good, but it's a little ghosty with a splatter of some blood that loooks like it's on the camera lens or something.
Sorry if I'm not allowed to have blood, but I don't see why not... _________________ |

I really need some help, can anyone tell me where the tint tool is?
Or how to change the color of things without actually having to manually recolor them? |

I made my signature in Photoshop by putting down different colors and clicking more blur a couple of times.
Just wondering, I know there is a way to do gradients on Photoshop, but I can't find the button _________________
