Actually, Donkey, the fonts in the speech bubbles and the journal are very slightly different. Type '0' to find out. _________________ TWO T-shirts!

The font in the journal is already installed on the system and actually differs from system to system.
I've noticed another smaller font inside btc that's used for buttons. I'm currently trying to clone it too. |

That's really helpful, Mr.
Have you considered doing the same with the blue and white stencil font?
If you don't know what I'm on about, look at the top left of the page.
It's the font "Warbears" is written in. _________________

That is just the army font edited a bit so it is blue and white. I have tried to replicate it in my signature. |

Simple. The file has been deleted or moved to another location. |

As the original font is pixel based, it cannot easily be scaled.
Also, I'm pretty sure that it's 8, not 6 (8, 16, 24, 32 etc.). |
Apparently it varies by OS. I get 6 as the best size on Windows XP Service Pack 2. Other OS's may use 8 as the best size. |
No, it's definately size 6. I've tried it and it works best on 6. _________________
