I would lean towards Steve as a perfect killing machine, but he's neither perfect or machine.
Lucas is great at slashing, not killing.

Even though I like Ryoh, I'm going to go with Steve here. If Steve has a target in sight and range, always expect it to drop in one shot. He's just that good.

I totally voted Kla.

He has a dark, mysterious past, and his suppressed rage is only fueled by his jealously of Steve, who despite his knowledge of Kla's darker days, constantly shows off in front of him, trying to bait his former comrade and turn him back into the dreaded war machine he once was, the deadly tool that was responsible for JFK, the Holocaust, WTC, Micheal Jackson, and Mormons. Yeah, I went there.

I voted for the Commander.
Because it takes alot of gut to drink coffee AND drop it on your foot without feeling pain. And I bet he can kick those groundhogs to oblivion!
He's a bear-version of Chuck Norris, Bruce Lee and Jack Bauer all mixed in one. Lol, I was being sarcastic. I still voted for the Commander, though.

I'd really have to say Ryoh (even though Lucas is my favorite Grin grin ); Lucas' bombs and Steve's shotgun (right???) are both too loud for an assassin kind of thing, and not as accurate as Ryoh and his katanas. I dunno about Kla though, maybe he could have a "killing machine" split-personality Ninja . Not sure about the commander either.

But Steve can't defend himself from non-ranged strikes without risking of demolishing or his gun. =PPPP
