Depends from server to server. I don't know myself however feel free to ask the 'higher ups'

Are you talking about how he found the 'about' page? It's on the very bottom.
Anyhoooo, when I load BTC, it's always "initializing...Error!" Something like that, but yeah thank you, I've realized it's just because of the cache and it works on another browser.

Yup, I think BTC is down. Same problem, cleared cache, etc etc.
