The purpose of that shop would be over-used and probably end up glitching the server because changing hair basically means resetting without the loss of everything. So it would have to be at a high price.

I would focus all my energy on an update and put Mission 4 in the storage closet.........................then forget about it for 2 months...............then see it when I go to get some files or something and start that

I'd make an option in the clothing shop to make your own clothing shirt for 500$ a shirt/pants with different patterns, designs, and text.
Then I'd make about everything else a little more affordable and give houses yards and different rooms, stories. Then after that I would work on M4 and the updates. |

Well I would make some new locations like the sushi bar were you could (obviously) buy sushi cause I think BTC need some food. I would also make another NPC in the park who would sell hot dogs.
