Please keep in mind that the official language of this website is English. If it looks like gibberish to us because we can't understand it, it's possible that we'll just warn because it happens to look like spam (and it's spam to other users). |
Surely that's a bit harsh if the person is having a conversation with another user in the same language? _________________ I'm old now :/ |

*shrug* they ought to take it in whisper. As I said, generally if it looks like spam, we're going to count it as spam.
Recognizable languages (for me, anyway) like Spanish, French, Italian, etc, won't be counted as spam (unless used in spammy format or with swearing).
Our disclaimer is that the official language here is English. So, again, if it looks like spam, we're going to count it as spam. _________________

I feel sorry for people speaking Indonesian. .-.
Karena ini bukan spam , bahasanya lain .
Do any mods understand that? _________________ Wow BTC is back and all I got was this lousy signature. |

Saya tahu. Perkataanya hampir sama dengan Bahasa Malaysia. Saya tinggal di Malaysia. Ini macam bukan spam saja.
I think Daredevil won't understand this because I'm speaking Bahasa Malaysia. |

So you're suggesting ruining someone's fun in BTC just cause YOU want to make a comic? _________________ [Citation Needed] |

Yea-no. Homer's right, it's rather selfish. Didn't someone compile a collection of blank locations somewhere? _________________

What if we ask repeatedly and they still don't move out of the comic frame? |

Another problem with some languages, is tripping the censor accidentally...
A prime example of this is Japanese...Which has quite a few words, which are quite the opposite of swearing, But will contain a word which will trip the censor, and therefore be filtered. |

The filter is automatically removed from logs, so we can usually tell whether swearing is inadvertent or not. _________________
