~ Find the image you want to "preserve"
~ Upload it to Photobucket
~ Click "edit" above the picture you want to "preserve"
~ Find the "Decorate" tab and click it
~ Click on the "boarders" button
~ Click the top left boarder option
~ Change the "outer boarder" color to "CD7A00"
~ Click "apply" once you finish editing the boarder
~ Make any editing marks you want to it
~ When your finished, click "Save a copy" (to save a copy of your latest addition) or
--"Replace original" (to replace the old image with the new one)
~ Use the "direct" link to show your friends!
The possibilities are endless.
If anyone can make a better tutorial, feel free to make one.

How do you create the aged afect if it involves a program send it to the editors vault.

You follow the steps i've provided, except you add a "old photo" filter.

It won't be exactly the same, but i guess you can do it like that.
You use the Sepia filter in PDN.
