What do you want to be?

What do you want to be when you grow up?
What are going to do to accomplish it?
What do you need to do to accomplish it? E.g Exams, Fitness, Area of Living.

When I grow up I want to be in the navy as an officer.
I'm going to pursue my dream by making sure everything I do at school leads to it.
I need 5 A*- C Gcses and a total of 180 UCAS points and also I need good all round strength and an understanding of the sea.

Ummm... I don't know. I used to want to be a real-estate agent, but than my mom said there are a lot of them out there. I'm really not sure what I want to be... Maybe a teacher?

Oh, this is really really off topic, but I've never known how to do this. When you click on the citizens button in BTC, there's always a flag after the person's name. How does one get one there?
