As far as I know, you can't with Flash. With Photoshop, I'd assume you save it as name.gif .

I like GIMP, many like PDN. Photoshop is a little excessive if all you want to do is make comics (the fact that you either have to pay a crapload of money or break the law to get it is also a reason I don't recommend it). I'm in the process of creating a series of GIMP tutorials, so...
I have a question myself. My tutorial gets resized whenever I host it on an Image Hosting site... Is it against the rules to post a link to download it?

No, it's not, but some people might not want to, since it people may think that possibly it's a virus/spyware/something that will mess your computer up.

Were can I buy flash?(Ex: Wallmart, K-mart.....)

It's cheaper at the adobe store, but else you have to pay about 5k. You can get it from ebay or amazon, I believe.
It is much easier if you already have it at school/work. (Dunno why your workplace would have flash unless they work in animation or website development however.)

I looked everywhere and couldn't find an explanation so, What do we do if we have wallpaper or Flooring we want to try and get into WB? I'm not even sure if this is possible.
