Comic maker account

Basically what this is, is just a new account for comic makers, so that if anyone ever needs an extra person for a comic, they can just log this person in and use them.

People would be able to reset to make it look how they want aswell.

Yea, and like we were saying in the park, it's annoying when someone has to leave mid-comic, so you could reset him to look like the absent person.

Cause if every one can use it it will be used in rule breaking.
And at the same time, it's a bit unfair that only officials can use it.
