Not Quite, I think it would be quite effective, possibly you could make like... pictures on paint and sell them in your store?

All the pictures would have to go through the Mods, who would have to check piles of pictures no one is even ever going to buy, except the maker, looking for naughty drawings.
Plus, hasn't this already been done? The Wall Item thingy?
