Seriously account for human error here...
I had to delete someone and i accidentally deleted the wrong person.
It is an easy mistake to do...Are you sure you didn't do that?

Remember people you have in your friend list can decide to remove themselves. Also I doubt that people are able to auto add themselves to your list. You probably clicked add and don't remember it

Ioji, I added Bishop in my friends list. I didn't remove him. He didn't remove me either. One day I saw he wasn't in my list.
