The simpilest way to advertise warbears is to use google ads.
However, it isn't cheap and its not like Ioji is rolling around with money.
If we started to donate money, then we could start thinking about advertisement in general.
However, i doubt a lot of people have.
BTW, before we start to talk about advertising, i think we're getting enough people to join the site.
What does the site get, like 900+ a month?

Look in the UK we got different ads to all of you but i don't find this right Why have we got stop smoking ads and betting ads this website is meant to be for under 18+

This is a requirement of the domain. The domain company distributes the adverts, not the admin of the server.
