BTC Hotel?

But it might get kinda boring to keep living there. It definitely would be like having an apartment,
except having to pay every day and not being able to buy your own furniture (which is pretty bad ).

And if they didn't wanna pay and got bored of the setting,
they would probably just check out and stay out,
leading to greater numbers of the homeless in BTC!

Lol okay sorry, that was a worst-case scenario. My bad.
But overall, I think it would only be an overly-awesome idea if it was in places we could visit.

Eh...

I think these should be two different ideas. Tutorial and Hotel.

The Tutorial could just be a short film that shows the places in BTC and what you can do there.

The Hotel could just be another location. Bellhop would be the NPC.

Or, if you want to stick with the helping newbies idea, something like the old Guest House. We'd have multiple NPCs that would answer certain questions, and veteran members could go to help newbies more specifically.

I don't think this will be a good idea. They shut down the guest room because loads of guest swore all the time. If we open this hotel, what's going to happen? Ahh you know!

Not a bad idea for a hotel. I guess it might be okay.. We have to make it a bit more expensive then 10 credits however, otherwise it might as well be a permanent house for some people. We should make it like maybe 15 or 20 credits. I guess the hotel could be sort of a temporary address that people could give to their friends and stuff... I don't know.. Good idea.

Well, at least the Hotel would only be open to REGIESTERED users. We don't want another situation like the guest house so I've heard with unregistered users coming in continuously and cursing loud enough to hear from the bar..

This is reminding me of my "Roomies" topic, I mean it's a good idea, but still that's what the rules and te forum's for! The tutorial is pointless now and the hotel is a good idea but these n00bs will just keep getting tic tac toe credits and Have a lot of money and stay in there until he/she is comepletley rich from eating out of the hotel's hands. It's just not a good idea.

Wait, I just got a different idea.

What about buying hotel room packages? It's like a small package for begginers with a bunch of furniture that doesn't cost much. Like a table a chair and a couch.

That would be pretty cool.

And that leads on to packages in general. I'd love to see a present box in the shop, look at the description and read "A package of purple furniture containing Purple large couch, purple armchair, and purple bed, only $300!"

i think for the hotel idea it should just be instead of going to see ur friends right away the first thing u do is get popped into the room for training

id say no becasue the hotel rooms would be about red to green and all they need to do is buy furniture.unless they pay rent.then again we are moving 1 step closer to *gulp*.......habbo hotel.

I think having a welcoming area is good but should be like a town hall or something, not a hotel lobby...With updates and guides to around the city

a while ago the rules used to be forced up every time you entered btc. how about doing the same with a tutorial for say.. your firsst three or four visits?
