| I suggest that there should be a new location in BTC that you can go to to create designs for clothes that mods could approve like they do with avatars and signatures. This location could be an extension to the clothes store and have a second NPC in there. This place could also be a shop all on its own and be named, "tailor shop". post your thoughts about it on here. |

Yeah, but it could happen eventually if he worked on it as a side project every now and then, it would only take a little bit of actual die-hard work for him to finish it up.
Also, I'm thinking about instead of mods needing to validate them, why not just make it so You can scroll down a list of recently submitted and most popular (By how many times it was bought) and report any innapropriote images you find. |

This still leads to younger citizens being exposed to said images.
