Why I can't report some spammers,I see some of them but the report button don't always come out.
One of them spam question marks in the park.

No people get banned if they have three or more red bars.
If they reach seven in a three month period of time, they get banned for good.
Occasionally people get banned before they reach seven red bars (ie Cybering, Multiple, etc.)
If they were banned, its for a good reason.
And all of the reports get overlooked, so there's no false bans/warnings.

This is a good system but people false report. Like once i got a permanment ban, but then i logged into warbears with no intention to and it worked! Even the site. I think it was a false report and a mod unbanned me.
EDIT: Im proud of being a member of Warbears! |

*Sigh*
Reports don't give you red blips/warnings/bans. Reports tell the mods about an incident that necessitates such things and it is the mods themselves who decide to ban you.
This does of course mean that a false report does not lead to a warning (except maybe for the reporter).

| Hey, um, lets say you got 5 red bars and when you stopped being naughty and the red bars went away one by one until all of 'em went; if you got two warnings after all the red bars go, does that mean you get perma-banned even though the 5 red bars all went? |

If the system was like that, then there would be no point in them disappearing, now, would there?

Umm how about rigging some kind of system like if you break a rule a sign pops out example
Reason: Spamming
1st warning
they don't stop
reason:last warning
don't stop...
Reason:spamming
