I really need some help, can anyone tell me where the tint tool is?
Or how to change the color of things without actually having to manually recolor them?

Image>adjustments>Hue saturation

Or to tint it use the burn tool.

There's a reason why it's a link. Maybe it's because it's a wallpaper...

Take the circle marquee tool and select the place you want to twist. Then go to Filter> Distort> Twist.

Then you have a spiral. Just as a warning though, go easy when twisting. You might end up making it pixely.

Does anyone know of any REALLY undertsandable and easy tutorials on vectors? I want to close up without the picture getting pixely, like people do for headshots in comics, but I have no idea how. Help please?
Oh, yeah, and if anyone has just started using Photoshop, I advice going to www.pegaweb.com It has loads of easyily understandable tutorials, and a collection of ideas you can use for your own site. I learnt loads.
But, it has nothing on vectors =(

Ok,i have another photshop question,
How do you make your own brushes?

Im assuming thats what pip knows how to do,since in his comics,he has his title, with a shadow thats the exact same shape.

Im guessing he saved that as a brush and used it on the burn tool?

Scary, yea Fireworks is good, i used to have it but My computer died with it. Id rather use that than photoshop or use them both (one can be harder at times than the other)

He probably embossed it. If you go on Layer>Layer style>Bevel and Emboss.
