I never saw that... |
Bring up the "How To" display at the Mission 2 menu screen. Steve will show up. Pick the target icon. The third time you pick it, he'll say that after he shoots.

Huh? When was that? I thought it was "Whoops, I think I got a petrol station" > "No fun, that thing was already dead" > "Got your tires, taxi man" > and then it looped.
EDIT: No, wait. I checked. After "Got your tires, taxi man" it goes to "Nothing lasts forever, kid," and THEN it loops.
