Only 50%. 
When I got to the box, Ryoh got trapped and I couldn't figure the puzzle out so I had Steve shoot it.
I didn't work.

...Okay, okay, I used the walkthrough. In case you're wondering, my very last % was Ryoh jumping down on the skylight without Steve shooting it open first.

There're full Mission 2 guides over in Mission Guides & Help. Sorry I can't link ya though. I don't have link posting rights yet.
But the main point here is that you're not going to get everything in one playthrough. You're going to need to play M2 over and over to find everything / Star Rank it. |

When you shift viewpoints, any Agents that get obstructed by the view change will still be shown...as silhouettes. Just hover around one and you'll change your view! |
