I was actually surprised this isn't up already, but whatever, I'll do a little explaining, and we'll get to it.
I have no clue how universal (or lack thereof) Thanksgiving is, but I figure that it can't hurt us to set aside the negative and focus on the positive every so often. Therefore, to commemorate this beauteous occasion, we shall each list something that we're thankful for! It can be short, sweet, and simple or long, deep, and profound, it's all up to you!
I'm thankful that I live in a stable home and have been blessed with experiences that have made me secure in who I am. |

All I know of Thanksgiving is it's American and to do with stealing land. _________________

Thanksgiving is inherently North American (Canadian and American), and it's thanking God for safe passage from England to the colonies/Canada, as well as (in the States at least) the first successful harvest. More Native Americans took part in the First Thanksgiving than colonists. It has nothing to do with land. _________________

So 1620 English settlers came to North America(on the ship called "The Mayflower"), in the first year half of them died so Indians helped to them and teached them how to survive. From then Americans celebrate the first harvest (when Indians helped to them) with special Thanksgiving dinner (Turkey). |

If you'd decided to show an interest before you could've googled it but instead you decided to share your ignorance.
I feel insulted by your prescence Knyh.
Your mortal ineptitude disgusts me. |

I do not celebrate Thanksgiving and never shall, thus I'm from Europe. _________________

Bjorn titillated me once, it confounded me with horror, and thus I spake, "Thou shalt get off me!" as I had not been aware of the definition of the incredulously abhorrent word.
LOL I DON'T KNOW WHAT I JUST SAID. |

Pepper that was the sexiest thing you ever said.
If I was not already like two raisins you'd be resembling a pot of white paint right about now. |
