Norton is freaking out, saying I keep getting viruses off the forums and it's apparently blocking them.

Is the update just confusing it or is there something wrong here?

Nothing from AVG here.

It's likely just the updates, but don't take it lightly just incase it's serious.

Norton's given me a warning every time I go to anybody's profile.

Says it's from the avatars somewhere.

Worked out where it's coming from.
I visit Ioji's page, and the 'virus' that's blocked is a 'Malicious Toolkit Variant Activity'.

EDIT: Yeah, Jurg, that's what I'm getting.

I get nothing with Microsoft SE, I'm gonna go ahead and say that it's just a false positive and Gio isn't trying to take over the world... yet.

AVG doesn't seem to have a problem with the new website.

Norton and Avast seem to be the only ones giving any problems.

Looking through the BH forum, this isn't a new issue. It may just have appeared again with the website being recoded or something along those lines.

I think your anti-virus(es?) is picking up a problem with the JavaScript on the pages which takes the files on the /avatars page on the website.

I seem to have fixed my problem with Avast, here's what I did:

Open Avast --> Real-Time shields --> Web shield --> Exclusions --> and then enter the website's URL on the URL to exclude tab.
It should look like this

I've also gotten virus messages saying "Malicious content has been blocked". However I've only got them while viewing profile and posting on people's walls.

I've also had reports of viruses, and when I click "Source" it goes to a folder titiled "avatars" and it happens when I go to the profiles. So somethings wrong with them.

Zick's fix seems to have worked. Thanks, Zick.

Zick's "solution" isn't fixing anything though. It's just telling Avast to stop alerting him about the virus. Doesn't mean it isn't still there.
