He codes it himself in Flash, using a language called 'Actionscript'.
I think this game was done in AS2, rather than the more recent AS3. _________________

There's all sorts of different OpenSource tools which can allow you to work in an environment much like flash, take a look on Google for one that suits what you want to do. _________________
