Does this happen every time you go to the homepage or just sometimes? _________________ "Common citizens? Wisdom? Is this some kind of a joke?" - Kristoph Gavin |

I used to use google chrome until it starting doing this on EVERY site so now I have to use IE again. I have deleted my cookies and cleared my cache, no affect whatsoever. Can ANYBODY help me so I can go back to using chrome? Anything would help. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled chrome. |

Either your internet connection is being terrible or the ad Warbears is running at the time you access the site is being terrible.
If the ad times out the browser's loading attempt, the site will fail to load fully. You have to either clear the cache and refresh, refresh, or do a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) to try loading the site again.
(Or you could change browsers to one that has ad blocking. *coughfirefoxcough* ) |

it could also happen if you accidentally hit the stop button while the site is loading _________________ ""We live in an age when pizza gets to your home before the police."" |

That sort of layout is common on sites accessed via my school's computers. They're rather primitive when it comes to IE, so they tend not to load website pictures and fonts well, seeming to "default" on a generic font.
From that, either slow internet, or the loading messed up somewhere, |

It looks like the web-page has gone into safe mode. _________________ Losing more ratings than the labour party its warbears.com |

Not all of the code for the page was downloaded, probably caused by either a slow or erratic connection. Your browser attempted to created your view of the page based on this.
It isn't a problem- refreshing should cause it to load properly. If it continues to do this, it's cached the incomplete page. Clear your cache and reload.
It has nothing to do with a 'Safe-Mode'; which is not a term used with websites anyway. _________________ Rorschach avatar by Benjamin Lebowski.
