Seems like much of Britain is shut down, due to the snow (schools primarily). Is snow such a rarity there..?

Er, I wish. Last February we had freakish much and then this whole malarky. Other than that it hasn't properly snowed and settled where I am in decades. Obviously Scotland usually gets a fair amount, but this is unusual for the majority of England

It started snowing where I live on December 24th, and the snow has not gone away yet because it keeps snowing every few days.

Hey man, actually half of me wants to go to school as well. I mean I had a extra week added to my holidays! I sorta miss school! No kidding!
Da news says it is going to snow heavy on Sunday and my school says I go back on Monday but that heavy snow might give me a extra day. |

The occassional three day weekend is nice, but 2/3 weeks off at a time is a bit much, I want to go back after a week so I can get out of there ASAP
