Because that is the best to explain it, isn't it. Surely if you knew what you were talking about, you'd be able to explain it yourself, correct?
Now, I'll explain it. Your internet connecting has a code made of numbers. How Warbears' banning system works is by Username and that internet code. A proxy is something that has different restrictions set on a different code.
Assuming from your knowledge of them, you don't have one in place. _________________ ^captincroc |

I'm not understanding this correctly. Are you saying you used the Google Chrome browser to go on warbears.com, and it said you were banned? Then later you tried it on IE and you weren't banned?
Or are you saying you typed warbears.com on the Google Search Engine, and clicked on the first link where you were immediately taken to the "you have been banned from warbears.com" message?
From the looks of your profile, I'm assuming you aren't banned, right?
Edit: Also, are you in a different location from where you usually access warbears.com? (are you at a friend's house, etc)? _________________

Sigh*
What he's saying is that on Google Chrome when he tried to log in; the message of you are banned appeared. But when he tried on IE; he was allowed through.
Its Google Chrome; its quite glitchy. |

My friend was once banned from warbears.com When he tried to log on using AOL, but when he used IE, it worked.
I think that still happens, i'll have to ask him... _________________ |

You do know what bugs come out of Chrome, right? Generally application problems.
This is a website bug. The server responding with the result of someone being banned. I do think this may be a cache issue, but I'm going to assume you haven't been banned before. Could you just confirm that with me? _________________ ^captincroc |
