Just a few comments.
The fire was nicely done but you probably could've done a better job, maybe make it look a bit more realistic.
You did a great job of showing the outside of the bar. It looked very realistic and BTC-like. Good job.
Nicely done Frank. You did a better job of a cliff-hanger at the end of this comic than in part three. Can't wait for part five.

Hold up, if Slurman (a.k.a. Frank) is outside the bar, why is there a Frank at the park with Ginger/Bob (whatever, I forgot Ginger's pseudonym)? Frank, I think you've messed with the laws of time, reality, & delicious food items far too much.
I give the comic a 7/10. Why? Because I hardly understand.*

...No, I'm just saying that Frank obviously isn't Slurman! xD
Oh yeah, when I originally got the idea of Slurman, he wasn't Frank, which I commpletely forgot when I made Slurman VS Limeyman, so that's why Frank is Slurman in that, but in reality, he's not.
Just to clear things up, haha.
