Breakfast~ Toast, eggs, bacon, and sometimes fried potatoes
Lunch~ a sandwich with tomatoes, lettuce, low fat mayo,meat and a little ketchup
Dinner~ cheese steak with tomatoes, cheese, fried onions, ketchup, and mayo.

Anyway I usuallyeatsomethingwithmeat,breakfast,lunch and dinner and its always with rice andI do enjoy the occasional snacks between those three .
