I don't hate the book, I hate empty promises =/
I loved the original idea, the one you came up with on your own. _________________ TUB THREAD.

I meant more like the last 3 Olympic events.
I actually enjoyed the Book of Records. _________________ TUB THREAD.

I don't care for either. The Olympics for obvious reasons, but the book for things like this and especially this.
And then the records like this that can only be tied, not beaten. |
I tried to explain those records to warts, but he didn't respond to what i was saying.
I have the philosophy, that a record can only be called a record if it can be beaten. Otherwise, what's the point of it?
I listed to him, the records that can't be beaten, which ones are based on opinions, and how to improve the rest.
If there's going to be 3.0, i'm not going to be in it.
There's nothing really for me to do. _________________

The beer one can be beaten, it's just the way that he uses it to make you read his comic that annoys me. That, and the way he insists upon putting his name in the title, make me think that it's less about the records and more about him. |
I know that the beer one can be beaten.
I'm talking about the "longest line" "longest diagonal line" "most people behind the bar" and many more.
Why not think of an warbear original name? _________________

Pete/Pancake/Bjorn/Sob/any other who hated the book, if you post something sarcastic or, "Yay the thread is dead, HOOZAA!" I'll lose whatever amount of respect I still have for you |
Honestly, how low on my respect scale can you go Pancake? HOW LOW?!?!? I realize that this was a terrible idea! I KNOW! I know that I screwed up. I KNOW! I don't need the crap YOU'RE giving me about what I've done in the past! Yes, the comic had my name on it. It was last minute! I never asked Rowena to put it on my actual series in the Comics Log. I did it with a force of habit! Pancake, I used to respect you but honestly.... just no.
The actual book was to be made, but it never even started for I thought Tooby was going to do it, and coinsidentally I WAS WRONG. Get over it. _________________

I don't care that the comic had your name it, I care that you used this to promote your own comic. I was talking about how the title of the thread has your name in it, and how when someone suggested changing it, you just completely ignored them.
You divided the work in a way that you could still take credit, but blame other people for the problems, as you're doing now. _________________ "If you wish to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe."
