You never know when you'll need a buisness card.
E.g. Yola there, Warts Smith, corny joke maker, here's my card. _________________

I know this is bumping, but I didn't realize there was this thread, and I'd been planning my own card series for quite some time.
There are different types of cards:
Noob, Citizen, Moderator. That's just a few. And before anyone says "Making noob cards is bashing", don't worry, I have a plan. Every single citizen has a noob card, even if they're not a noob. Even the moderators have them.
You get different versions of some cards too, like people before they reset, or a "Forum Edition" of a card.
I'm starting to make a few rough versions, but I'm not going to release them yet, as they are hard on the eyes and out of date. |

Well as a basic form of politeness I'd suggest replacing 'Noob' with 'Newbie' which is essentially what you mean. Noob has derogatory connotations whilst newbie is rather more accurate and doesn't prompt the bashing debate.
Otherwise yeah go for it but don't make a card of me. I can't see how you can condense my ego into a card without distorting it out of all proportion. |

Yeah, I did think that, but "Noob" is a more widely respected word.
I'll go with Newb just for the people's sake. |

You mean 'Known' word, right? 'Respected' is hypocritical in the extreme.
