Hey,I'm thinking of a new idea,acording with this one. We could work debt.Like tending the yard,washing uniforms,breaking rocks,making license plates,laundry.Etc....And it's not the same idea.when you have 3 warnings,you can't enter the site(I think,I never was),but when you are in the prison,the time you waste in banning you could:
-Make some money.
-Make new friends.
-Be teached a lesson that will remainin your head.
All of these while in prison.And about the location of it ,it could be in the forest,or maybe somewhere in the city!

Erm, no.
'cause people'd get banned just to see what it's like.
Also, they won't learn a lesson at all, they won't pay any attention.

1. People lose credits when they get banned anyway.
2. If people could get to a prison cell when they are banned, they would, as Poison says, get banned on purpose just to see what it's like. Simply getting banned from using BTC is a better punishment.
