I googled Svoltaires and got nothing.
*Looked on the page*
On google: "Did you mean: voltaires"
*Clicks*
Voltaire, a great French literary figure, was a popularizer of the science of Newton. He is most famous for his novel Candide in which he makes fun of Leibniz who held that this is the best of all possible worlds.
Maybe Ioji tried to spell Voltaires but got Svoltaires instead?

Risotto is a food with rice.
I made a risotto once, with rice, chicken and some vegetables. It was very nice, although it needs your full attention to make because you have to add the sauce gradually.
