| There could be a tap on top of the counter, where you could get mugs of beer instead of bottles. These would be refillable for another credit. |

We would do it ourselves.
There would be two or three taps on top of the counter, you'd go up to one, click it, click the buy thing, your character would grab a mug (I guess there could be a bunch next to it) and fill it up. |

Maybe this could be a bonus for finishing the SL. Like an extra diary page saying "Oh, I hope noone finds the secret stash of beer mugs under the counter or finds out that you have to twist the beer tap to the side THEN you can pour it"

I don't think so. Because then you could drink a lot of beer, and also drink non-stop. I prefer the original idea.

No because if the happened people would be seeing them use it and it'd be a bit hard only letting the SL completers use them and not allowing the others. To difficult.
